Product Bargains Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) with the RAN included inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Reporting: Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement or Refund: We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items, including return shipping costs.
